Callander Woods Holiday Park sits on the Stirling Road at the eastern approach to the village, a mile out of the centre on the A84 and at the eastern boundary of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The site is run by Wood Leisure, the Perthshire-based holiday-park operator, and combines four accommodation types on the same wooded ground.

Touring caravans and motorhomes take pitches on a mix of hard standing and grass, with one-night and seasonal rates available through the spring-to-autumn season. Family camping pods cover the glamping side for visitors arriving without their own kit. Static caravan holiday homes are available for purchase under the Wood Leisure ownership model, with central heating fitted as standard for year-round use. Two- and three-bedroom hire caravans are available for self-catering breaks for guests who want the static-caravan experience without the ownership commitment.

The position is the practical strength of the park: Callander village is a fifteen-minute walk west along the A84, the Bracklinn Falls walk starts from the village’s eastern end, and the road north up Loch Lubnaig and into Strathyre is the quickest way into the higher Trossachs. The Duke’s Pass road south from Callander (the A821 to Aberfoyle) runs through Brig O’Turk and the Trossachs proper.

Bookings and current availability at the Callander Woods page on the Wood Leisure site, or by phone on 01250 878123.
